About Us…
Founder, John Kaiser and his family have lived in the Salem area since 1993. He is a graduate of Colorado State University and has a Master of Business Administration degree from George Fox University. John earned his Oregon Community Based Care certification in 2003 and has several years of assisted living, residential care, and memory care administrator experience to draw upon in finding and arranging healthcare solutions for aging and disabled adults.

The facility administrator experience and MBA training brought to light the growing concerns of aging Americans and the need for unbiased, professional help in finding and securing appropriate assisted living care.

John enjoys working with aging and disabled adults and their families. He continues to expand the breadth and scope of his industry knowledge by regularly attending professional workshops, state-sponsored classes, and senior care seminars.
